Very nice and stylish dinner room. service a bit cold that would require a little more professionalism. eating was good, but not as much as you could expect from a place like this. the starter was made from raviolien: very tasty, but lost. in an excess of very liquid sauce, which should be an emulsion. then the piece of meat was so hard. there is room for improvement!
I have been vegetarian for a long time and this is the first time for many years that I encountered a restaurant with no vegetarian option on the menu along with no ability of the restaurant to come with something. I have. a sweetheart and that's mine! I'd go somewhere else, but I'm staying in this hotel and don't have a car.
We stayed here two nights to attend a wedding. We also used their restaurant one night. The room was lovely although a little small, but they had a party going on and wanted to give us a quiet room, away from the party noise. It...was very clean, good provisions, nice decor. The restaurant food was good, but they could have dimmed the lights and put a few candles on the table to create a little intimacy. The service overall was very good and they responded well to any inquiries, wishes and comments. Good chef ! So, turn down the lights in the evening and put some warm colored candles on the table and your chef's wonderful food will be even more appreciated.
I was staying at the adjacent hotel, and had arrived late, so I thought I would give this a try. What an amazing discovery. This place deserves Michelin stars. The menu was subtle and innovative. I had never before seen risotto with saffron ice cream,...so I tried it, and it was magnificent. I came back with a colleague another evening, and we both loved the food again, so it's highly recommended. I would be happy to dine here again. And the service was amazingly responsive too.
