The Half Moon - Middlesbrough

The food at this restaurant is excellent, the service is wonderful, and everything seems to be homemade, delicious, and incredibly affordable. I definitely recommend it.

We randomly decided to visit The Half Moon in Lazenby and I'm glad we did. We were greeted by a friendly employee/owner and the pub's decor reminded me of a previous visit years ago. The atmosphere was pleasant. Our food was served quickly, hot, and in generous portions. The half parmo was huge, so I can only imagine how big a full parmo would be! I would definitely return. If you're in the area and looking for a bite to eat, I would recommend The Half Moon based on our experience today.

The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly. I was really looking forward to trying a Parmo, as they are not easily found in Cumbria, and it exceeded all my expectations! The staff were very accommodating and even made a custom dish to meet our dietary needs. I would definitely come back here again.

We literally live 5 minutes away from this place and I can't believe we've never been. traditional home cooked eating, hard to find in these days. eating was amazing and service fantastic. in any case go back soon
