O'tooles Midlothian

The staff at this restaurant were lazy and unapologetic. I ordered takeout and when I got home, I realized the sauces for my order were missing. I returned to the restaurant and was greeted by a member of the wait staff who seemed reluctant to help. I explained that I was missing sauces for two of the items on my order. They only brought me sauces for one item, and when I asked for the rest, they rolled their eyes before reluctantly getting them. Overall, I felt like I was being treated like a burden.

My wife and I are Irish from immigrants 3 and 4 generations ago so we were not impartial to the atmosphere and decor. But dinner this evening was a home run as well. Great, fast service, a great rib-eye steak I had, and the prices were awesome too.

Highly recommend! Great variety of food on the menu! Great daily specials and great selection of draft and bottle beer ! Service is fast and very courteous!

Some of the WORST service in all of Richmond!!!!! Both bartenders are EXTREMELY rude have a blatant terrible attitude. I ordered a burger cooked medium rare it came out BURNT! The bartender then gave us an attitude because we sent it back the next one came out still well done. If I ever come back, which I likely won’t, I will make sure to sit at a table and not the bar so I don’t have to deal with the two bartenders that are just plain nasty.

This is our favorite restaurant, we visit often during the week. The food is top-notch and the onion rings are to die for! We highly recommend it.
