The staff were very attentive and brought courses at regular intervals at a steady slow pace as promised. The wine pairings were interesting not what we might have chosen but it all worked well. A side benefit of the lunch was that we received a 20% discount on our purchases from the cellar door. We are going to return with friends.
Really nice set up, good food good wine. Had the vegetarian main and was full of favour. Peanut butter brownie Dessert was nice not overly sweet food came out fast
Visited the restaurant for a weekday lunch- had the 3 course menu (also comes with matched wines). Really enjoyable experience and attentive staff. <br/ <br/
Food 3.5, Service 0.5. Food are really good. The place is great for large groups and people who love a bit of sweet wine. They matches each meal with a small amount of wine..nice but not enough, go to theie tasting bar next door to get more of their famous wine or sparkling. The meal for kids is $22.50 for a drink and a main course. The fish and chip taste great for the kids. The duck has no crispy skin, but still taste good...not great. Overall you will expect around $35-$40 for an adult . Be sure to come here if you are heading up Mount Hotham or Falls Creek.
What an excellent way to cap off the day at Brown Brothers winery! We visited for the Gourmet Discovery Day package which included a 3-course lunch meal with matched wines at Patricia's Table. Everything was amazing, from the mustard butter to the cured kingfish. Absolutely fantastic wine, food, service and ambience to top off a wonderful experience. Definitely recommend the restaurant even if you are just visiting the area (though the discovery package was well worth it too!
