Hardee's - Mitchell

The food at this restaurant doesn't receive enough recognition. It seems like they serve 300 customers a day, yet only those with negative experiences leave reviews. In my opinion, they are amazing!

We came for a quick meal. only had the service of the service due to personal lack. the drive was fast, hot and the order was correct. the staff was very friendly. will soon be eating there again!

I love hardee’s because they have a low carb menu/options. not today. asked for salat wrapped low carb. a little more time. no problem. then 15 miles on the road.

I have a big hot ham and American cheese, and a chicken sandwich, both of our sandwiches had burned rolls! Why should they serve a customer? I will never stop here again!

Very disappointed in the service that was given to us at this Hardee's in Mitchell South Dakota. The employees made us feel that we were inconveniencing them. As my friend went to use the restroom an employee started to complain that she would have to clean the restroom again after just cleaning it. We were the only 2 customers in the place and as someone pulled into the drive thru the employee told this person it would be a while because they are short staffed. As we were waiting for our food we watched employees eating while cooking our food. Culver's was packed next door and Hardee's didn't have anyone and I guess we found out why. I wouldn't recommend this Hardee's and would have given them zero stars but it wasn't an option.
