Contribuisci feedbackChandler the driver took an hour and ten minutes to deliver the pizza after leaving store. we are half a mile but working, and regret not getting a better pizza locally. Anton or Quinton, (Chandler said the managers) were either not answering, oranswering and putting on hold with out letting a word as to why you were calling. after being put on hold for 10 minutes or more( initially to cancel and go elsewhere) I gave up. I will take up with credit card company. The owners need to tell the managersto answer phone, explain they are behind, or allow to cancel. not basically hang up on the caller.
If you can help it avoid ordering from this store !! I had been ordering from them for a couple of months never had any issues until I made an order 11/11/2022. First the pizza said delivered but wasn?t finally someone shows up with the pizza that isextremely cold. Poor customer service all the way around. Girl that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional and rude.
Hit or miss. Sometimes the pizzas are great, but the timing is terrible. Other times our pizzas are in terrible shape. Not cut properly, cheese slid in to the box. One big mess. Several times we?ve been told we have no delivery drivers. Once we were tolddominos was not just a delivery pizza place. That?s literally what they are. Anyway. It is Mocksville, we have few choices fordelivery. It will do. Also $5 delivery fee plus tip is outrageous, but that?s on the franchise.
I ordered on July with my card for carry out with my buddies name on the order. I paid $34.66 for the order but shortly after got a call saying they couldn't deliver due to no driver. We said that was fine and wanted a refund, they said in two days I'dreceive it but never did. I called after the two days and they said wait two more days and if we haven't received my refund theywould do it as cash refund. I wait two extra days making it four business days and still nothing. I went up there today and wastold to keep waiting..... It's been four business days and two weekend days. They don't want to refund ANYONE! I'm already incontact with corporate for this. This store needs new management ASAP!
Order was so simple. But came out wrong! Got all the way home and have two pizzas I can't eat. I bought a water to drink to go with it and there were water bottles in the fridge nice and cold. But they gave me a room temperature water from the back.Wanted to argue it but the person was having so much trouble finding my pizza order to begin with I didn't bother.
