Pizza Hut - Mocksville

We've been going into this place for years. in the last months they have forgotten my job and I have never returned it as promised to my manager. we went there today and they forgot to give us 6 dollars from our command that we have paid. I lost money in this load. I'll get what I pay if they finally answer the phone. they need new people who know what they are doing!

I have been a loyal patron of this restaurant for several years. Unfortunately, in recent months, they have repeatedly made mistakes by forgetting parts of my orders and failing to correct them as assured by the manager. Just today, they neglected to include $6 worth of food that we had paid for. I am disappointed by their consistent lack of attention to detail and will be requesting a refund when they eventually pick up the phone. This restaurant should consider hiring more capable staff who can properly fulfill orders.

The staff at this restaurant is always welcoming, and the food is excellent. I would highly recommend Pizza Hut in Mocksville to anyone who enjoys a tasty meal!

The server made a mistake with our order, but quickly realized and fixed it. She still brought one of the wrong items to our table, but she was courteous and apologetic about the error.

The ordering process was easy and the staff quickly prepared my pizza, so I was able to pick it up promptly. The pizzas were exceptional - they were delicious and cooked perfectly.
