Don is an exceptional chef! I have the pleasure of knowing him personally. His culinary talents rank among the best in the area and beyond. I highly recommend his beef medallions and exquisite scalloped potatoes, both of which are outstanding. Additionally, Don creates stunning wood artwork that is both sculptural and intricate.
