The restaurant is conveniently located near the main road in Mora and offers lovely views of the lake. The interior is modern yet cozy. We dined there for lunch on March 17, 2013. The staff appeared friendly but lacked attention to cleaning. We had to clean our own table, although there wasn't much to do at the time. The buffet had a good variety of options, but it was overall disappointing. The vegetables, salad, coffee, and tea were the highlights. Unfortunately, the fish was tasteless with a thick and hard breadcrumb coating. The dessert was also a letdown, tasting sour and possibly being mistaken for apple pie. The vanilla cream was not thick enough to complement it. Personal preferences aside, we did not enjoy the sweet sauce on the pork. The potatoes were dry, especially the French fries which were inedible. It seems like the management needs to pay more attention to improving the quality of their dishes.

Restaurant with breakfast I was already there! no service at the table, employees know nothing, sunshade without warning removed, very small sorting, etc. wasted money and time!

The service was so slow. they missed and we waited to order min. the food was good and worth it.

This review is mostly towards the service of the restaurant since we thought that the food we ordered was great Upon entry we were greeted by one of the service staff who showed us to our table. And that was basicly that for the next minutes. No one came to collect our order. One table who sat there before us was also clearly ready to order and had waited for a long time. When we finally ordered we thought things were maybe getting better but they weren't. We ordered starters, mains and a bottle of wine. The starters came before the wine but we didn't get any cutlery. So we had to ask for that. Since we wanted to taste the wine with the starters we waited for that. We ended up asking one staffmember to check. After we were finished with the first course we waited for the mains. And waited. Untill we finaly could hear the kitchen ask the service what was happening with our table. They clearly forgot to notify the kitchen that we were ready with starters During the time we sat there we saw several tables waiting a long time to get the bill. A lot of them even went to the cash register themself since they didn't want to wait any longer Another thing that was wrong was that there pizza oven was not working properly. This they didn't infor the guests of right away from the beginning. Ok, fine, i understand that the oven can have problems. But being an italian restaurant people are likely to come there to eat a pizza. So if the oven is not working and they can't serve pizza's then you would think that it is important to inform the guests about this right from the moment they sit down. Right I don't know if they were understaffed just that day or if it is always like that, but it felt like the service staff had a lot of improvements to make in order to get on the same level as the food that the kitchen produced Will not come back.

The restaurant is very well located near the main road through mora and has a beautiful view of the lake. it has a modern yet cozy interieur. we had the lunch of the march the personal looks friendly, but is a little lazy to clean the place. we had to sit on a dirty table, so tried to do the cleaning themselves, while there was not much to do at that time. then the buffet. much to choose, but unfortunately no accusations. the best were the sweet, the sallad, the coffee and the tee. the worst was the fish; tasteless and the brothcrumbs were so thick and hard (more brothcrumbs than fish)! the dessert, also a catastrophe. very saur, first we thought it was a pancake, but maybe it was prawms? no ideal combination with vanilla cream, which was by the way not thick enough. we didn't like the sweet sauce on the verge, but that's more a personal opinion. the kartoffels were dried, moreover for the French pommes (I'm sorry, could not eat that we could continue with it, but actually do not understand why the administration does not see this thing itself. think first and then decide what to serve.
