Bayside Chowder Factory - MORELL

I must admit, I was not expecting much from Kona Seaside.

Before I even had a chance to check in, the security guard Terri gave me a bad attitude and told me where to park my car.

I have visited both the Maui Seaside Hotel and the Hilo Seaside Hotel during past trips to the Big Island, but this was my first time staying here.

ABSOLUTELY the best Seafood Chowder, and Fish Cakes that I have ever eaten. To call the patties simply "fish cakes" is like calling a Lamborghini a car. :-) This is an experience every visitor or resident should have. Inexpensive, and delicious.
