Balzac - Morges

I have been there quite a few times as I like their varied menu and unusual flavors but I believe this time was my last. Service has always been slow: either not enough employees or else they are busy talking to each other. Today I...went straight to the bar to place my order seeing that no one was coming to my table but was told by the waitress to go back; she promised she would come to take it. I watched her pass by a few times and waived at her but nothing happened. After 15 minutes I simply left.

The place is nice close to the lake.food is good as quality but...service is not so welcoming. They forgotten wine and never apologize,wine red was cold. 7 tiny gambas with basmati rise (see photo)...30 chf too expensive even for Switzerland.

Fabulous lists of coffee, beautiful decoration, cozy and warm. However, the headkeeper must really learn how to smile and work in the service business. such a scandalous, seriously totally unacceptable behavior, from the moment they enter until they go. her assistant suffered as she is totally beautiful. must repair the ash.

I remember when I lived here 10 years ago that this cafe has the best hot chocolate ever and I was super happy to find it again today. After a walk I sat down and asked for the menu. They told me the place is closed. all the people around me had fresh hot chocolate before them and the hours published at the door say that the place is open for another 3 hours. Maybe they didn't like my nose. I never come back in a definitiw.

Extremely unfriendly and rude waitress. I have rarely seen such involuntary people. we came and asked for a table for 2 and the waitress didn't even see me saying that they were full, so I asked when there will be an available place, and they hardly answered that they came later and did not want us to wait in the coffee place!
