Ocean Basket - Morley

Tried here for the first time tonight. Fish was fresh and the batter was so crispy I didn't want to share with my partner!! We had onion rings with a spicy batter which were delicious and the pineapple fritters were good too. Chips were average but I didn't have room so not too upset. Service was so friendly and our order arrived so fast I was amazed!!! Our new fish and chip shop for sure.

Fast and friendly service. Fish and potato scallops were amazing. The batter on the fish is so light and stayed crispy until the end. So often you get fried fish and the batter just peels off. The crispy batter stuck to the fish to the very end.Chips were average, nothing special and the onion rings just tasted like oil. I'll definitely go back for the great fish.

What an absolute joke.  Waited 45 minutes and they could still not get a basic order right. Not alone, so many other people said the same and had the wrong order wanting their money back.. Gave up in the end and asked for my money back. Do not go their unless you are prepared to wait and hour and then expect a lucky dip for your order
