The Cabin Small Bar - Mount Hawthorn

One of the cutest interior. Was expecting tapas serving but dishes were surprisingly a lot bigger and delicious. My ultimate favourite was the nachos and duck confit. Would definitely go back again.

Cosy bar with a different feel! Went here Friday night for dinner and drinks with my partner. $12 cocktails on Fridays & reasonably priced food to share. We sat outside & I was pleasantly surprised by their outdoor heaters during winter. Only issue was that they forgot about our drinks for a good 20 minutes.

Was really looking forward to trying the cabin. But unfortunately found the food to be underwhelming, and the service a bit lacking. I left feeling it was a nice place for a drink, but wouldn't eat there again.

Excellent meatboard and pickled vegetable. Followed by Buffalo meatballs that are wholesome and full of flavour. GSM from McLaren Vale was full bodied. The staff are friendly, attentive and informative.

Overpriced hipster style tapas and drinks. Meatballs in tomato sauce, fish fingers, deconstructed nachos. 4 small tapas dishes and 2 soft drinks $100. It's a joke that hipsters with no appreciation of flavor would fall for. In a word AWFUL.
