Dunkin' - Naperville

I arrived during business hours, but the restaurant was closed. Although there was a sign on the door indicating that you would be open for another hour, the door was locked, and the staff inside seemed to be ignoring me.

The cashier at the counter was incredibly friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store because they provide a lot of information about the food they offer, and their donuts are excellent. They truly go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right. Their coffee is also very tasty. I will gladly keep coming back here. I have experienced outstanding service at this Dunkin' Donuts location.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is my second visit to this restaurant, and I have to say, the staff are among the most ignorant and rude people I've ever encountered. They often come off as smart and sarcastic with customers. One moment they seem indifferent, taking your order without a word; then suddenly they bombard you with questions that have never been asked before, and when you don't know how to respond, they become rude. I didn’t ask you to work there, I didn’t fill out your job application, and I certainly didn’t force you to accept the position, so there’s no need for the ignorance and rudeness! I won't be returning to this establishment, though I'm sure they won't care. I really don’t understand how they have a 4.0 rating; it should honestly be a 1.0!

The coffee tasted watered down with no flavor. By far the worst dunkin donuts coffee I've tasted.

One of the best dunkin donuts in the Chicagoland area come through the drive thru or go inside and the coffee is always incredible. Consistent quality and great friendly service with a nice clean inside this is such a great dunkin donuts that Iactually pass up a dunkin donuts because I like this one better than most.
