Chef hyde has combined a spectacular culinary experience to rival any Michelin star restaurant. the intimate, elevated interieur sets the ton for an incomparable multi-course tasting menu. from the first run of a dark fry-toasted German sourdough with crimped butter, to an incomparable butternuss quark soup, the first two dishes put the ton, and we knew it was incredible. the oysters, my wife eats no oysters, she ate 3 of 4 by chef hydes green mango, bright citrus, oyster creations, I didn't let her go to waste. the white wine pairings from the old World selection were presented by frau hyde. highlights from the other cures included a mushroom risotto, from which I will dream long, and I love mushroom risotto. a black grouping for dying. the ultimate pairing of a New Zealand lamb cop and bark short rib was enough to push me over the edge. the gratefully concise tiramisu with chocolate gelato and strawberry gelato was a welcome relief, served with a bright tawny port with a delicious cherry butter jewelry finish. all in a top 3 meal in my 50 plus years. I'm back!
Excellent, unbelievable and wonderful to find. great variety and definitiw the best tasting menu in neapel. exciting eating with high quality presentation, service and inventiveness. thanks to chef andy and team for a delicious dinner.

Have not experienced anything like This in Naples. Very Intimate, elegant vibe with a personal greeting from the chef. Each course was delicious with a lot of attention to even the tiniest details. Our night was the final night of the last season’s menu so I’m excited to revel in the next tasting soon.
