Wendy's - Nassau

My son, his best friend, and I had a fantastic time during our visit. We dined in the business area, and the hostess was attentive, bringing our food and checking in on us regularly to see if we needed anything. We always enjoy our experiences at Wendy's Out East!

The service was quick and efficient. The security measures in place made me feel safe, and I appreciated that they provided hand sanitizer. As a customer, I also noticed the importance of social distancing. Overall, great job!

The food meets expectations—it's good, but not exceptional. While it's not spectacular, you know what to expect. I was a bit surprised that they don’t have mustard available, as I was hoping to add some to my sandwich. Overall, most of us would likely come back for a quick meal.

This line is always long but the staff do make an effort to expedite service. However, the food here is touch and go. You might get good food and another time it may be old/stale.

Food was ok....temperature of the food could improve and nothing was loaded about the loaded fries I ordered. Wendys please ensure customers get hot fries and hot food. Please also finely chop the bacon
