Eat'n Park - Natrona Hts

We'll never be here again. Customer service was terrible, the waiter pretended he didn't disturb it. And it took 30 minutes for us to get the bill and have someone with our card. It wasn't even busy in the restaurant.

Our server was very polite, but seemed very overwhelmed. Personal shortage seems to have hit this place hard. My husband and I ordered meals with soup as one of our pages. After 20 minutes we asked if we could have our soup, along with the bread that came the menu with dinner. He seemed confused and began writing up our orders. While this was happening, we heard LOUD screaming and screaming out of the kitchen. We thought someone was in danger, but then it realized that it was a female employee who harassed someone in the kitchen. Every other word was the F word. The restaurant fell quite quiet while that was going on. My husband and I told our server that we don't stay there with our 5 years old gift. We asked if the manager was in the kitchen and he said no. On the way out, my husband found an assistant manager and told him he had to come to the kitchen and control the fights. We went without food and will not be back.

The food was hot. Eggs were so dry that I could see them. Pancake thin, dry hard. Food had no taste. Coffee was cold. Overall, you don't deserve a star. Will never go back. Bad restaurant.

The hamburger tasted like it was one of those frozen burgers you would buy at Walmart. The cheese was not melted or anything, and the onion rings tasted the only thing that tasted good was the hairdress with cheese.

After a good tip, $50 some dollars for two people to eat at Eat n park? It's crazy. I can go to a way better place for that price. Don't waste your money.
