I absolutely love vegan food trucks at markets, and this one did not disappoint! The vegan burger comes highly recommended.

My partner and I shared the burger and the curry, and I highly recommend both. All the dishes are completely homemade, including the burger buns and cheese.

The chef handcrafts everything, including the production of whole grain buns! She spends the entire week preparing for Saturday mornings. Together with her helpers and family, she is deeply committed to the vegan lifestyle, using this as a way to share how healthy and delicious vegan food can be. Be sure to try their curries, fresh spring rolls, and delightful desserts—everything is simply delicious!

Vegan food truck at the Nelson Saturday market. Spring roll is tasty and full of flavor. The vegan burger was amazing. They make their own vegan cheese- tried cheddar and it was delicious.
