Tja, dear friends of the genus, yesterday we tested the chamäleon under the new lead for the first time. we were five people and had made it comfortable on the terrace with tropical heat and simultaneous monsoon rain. the new card is pleasantly short and still well sorted. fish, meat, pizza and a few Italian petty plus day's offer - harmonious. Hopefully, the card is circulated seasonally and the management cannot be led by good sales to concrete the card. It started with bruschetto - really freshly prepared and crispy and gott thanks not to be as tiny slices of baguettebrot, but there was a really fat slice of ciabatta. then fish soup. good, completely clear fond, salty but not too much. in it mosquitoes, partly with dish, calamari as rings and various, uncooked fishy accessories - very delicious. not enough with it, you could refocus with tabasco (respect, so don't let nicola run!) top. a navette on it three grilled slenders, which were surprised by the larger sort, I was positiw. after that a grilled dorade, quite well put on the spot, there was nothing to complain. at the table I could still look at a carpaccio - that was in order. the meat - rumpsteak and entrecote looked good, but were a bit thin for my taste, here would be an optional weight upgrade to superior price. also the wine card must be considered. whether the only Italian orientation of the culinary and oenological wisdom is final, can be doubted without a few German white and a few ordinary red French will simply not underline the value of the good kitchen enough. the pizzas are by the way huge, cunning and very tasty - as a question of pizzaessers by me gave. visually I could understand it! thanks to the last nico, who would have hung himself speedy gonzales. service times were uninterruptible!
We were served extremely courtesy. the service very friendly and competent; the weeping was excellent. our group had different dishes: entrecote, pizza, pasta - everything incredibly delicious! a highlight is also the glass kitchen. here you can look the chefs at the preparation of the dishes on the fingers and get a impression of the hard, hard work. neither in rostock, hardin or wismar there is such a good italiter! we will come again and again when the one goes to Neubrandenburg.
We have eaten here for the second time in a very pleasant atmosphere. the service staff is extremely friendly and attentive, eating came after approx. 10 minutes and tasted excellent.
It was a guess. the ambiente was very nice. that eat in itself tastefully in order. the service a guess. aside from the fact that we waited for almost 2 hours the appetizer, we only got rude workmanships and commentaries to hear. we had our first drinks after repeated demand after approx. 45 min, our appetizer after 2 h. the rinderfilet was not asked about the rinderfilet. on my demand I got to hear that rinderfilet is delivered to all the guests with the same level. the pizza ordered after concrete announcement with 5 ingredients came finally only with 3 of the ordered documents. there are many other things to tell. that blows the frame. Conclusion I will and cannot recommend this restaurant. I will not visit it again. I don't have to let that happen.
