Charged $4.10 for hot milk in a cup. We had also ordered and paid in full for a coffee and a latte so it’s not like we weren’t ordering anything.

This place sucks, we got carmel Frappuccinos and both wereterrible.

The worst service I have ever seen as a Starbucks customer is at this location. It has established quality standards but has problems in terms of staff.

Very overstressed workers. Not their fault they need a bigger work space and more workers to handle the volume of customers.

First, when we got to the order window we weren’t acknowledged until we said “hello”. Multiple people in line in front of us were driving around and away from the line, which should have been our first warning. By the time we got to the window, I was handed a drink that was very obviously made wrong. I ordered an iced chai tea latte, which I’ve had dozens of times before so I know what it looks like. Pic is what I received. When I expressed that I thought it was wrong to the girl at the window she rolled her eyes and said that’s what it looks like.
