Vault73 - Newcastle

For dessert, I tried the white chocolate semi-freddo with salted caramel, vanilla ice cream, and popcorn. While I enjoyed the flavors, it was a bit too sweet for my taste. A better balance with the salted caramel could improve it, perhaps by adding a tart element or a light sponge. Overall, the ambiance was beautiful, and the staff was friendly. It was a lovely and quiet Monday evening, with wonderful mood lighting perfect for a date night. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, which we found to be quite delicious. We particularly recommend the Arancini! The meat was slightly chewy but still flavorful. Everything else we tried was really good as well, and the pumpkin risotto was definitely a standout.

Love it here! Excellent staff, super cool mood, but not pretentious at all. Beautiful stylish comfort. The food is great and they are really happy to fit everything I have to perform my events. As an event planner I find them so great to work with and as a patron it is just an excellent round small bar.

Vault 73 made for an excellent night. Had roast lamb (rare) and risotto dairy free. It was excellent. The chefs did a great job getting a rare order right and catering for my dietary requirements. The porter beer they have there was amazing and the staff were very friendly. Also on a side note, there was a bunch of Lego and toys there which kept my 3yr old occupied and let my partner and myself have a nice relaxing night. Will definitely be going back.

A nice quiet Tuesday night. Food was good. Waitress seemed to preoccupied chatting to patron at the bar. Had to request a steak knife, asked for cracked pepper and the mill was placed in the middle of the table and she walked off. I don't mind paying for a nice meal but service is also part of this.
