Contribuisci feedbackI usually have a pretty good experience with one specific employee. But when I go and it?s someone else it?s hit or miss. I got an iced caramel macchiato last time I was there and there was about a half inch layer of straight sugar at the bottom and my drink wasn?t made right at all. That was the only time my drink wasn?t right out of the million times I?ve been there so ??
The employees are ok. They really don't know the menu or what to suggest. My order was messed up twice and then the price was off. The person I assumed to be the manager was somewhat helpful but acted like she was too busy. The layout of the store was nice. Kind of small but ok.
Sad that they stop doing their own donuts, but still pretty good
Wrong advertising of prices for donuts, 20-30 wait for service if no body is in agreement for several days!
It's Dunkin' what more need be said? Staff prompt and courteous. POS software update seemed to have some hiccups the day I visited.
