Magnificent restaurant with a beautiful view of the prom Excellent cuisine Friendly staff I recommend!

Located in the heart of the Baie des Anges, this Belle Epoque Palace, held for generations by the Grinda family, differs from others. First, by respect for its architectural history, the beauty of the ball room, the large staircase leading to the rooms, but also by the bar and restaurant, located on two huge fully glazed terraces, which literally bring the sea and the Baie des Anges into the decor of the hotel. I've been a Westminster regular for over 40 years. This time I invited a friend from Quebec who was delighted to discover this charming palace. First at bar W , held by the chef of bar Helen, the 'apéro is accompanied by olives niçoises served by Jacopo, both very professional and warm. At Le Duc , the restaurant manager, Anne-Sophie held us the best table and the Hotel Master Lucille welcomed us as if we were from the house. Didier provides a service with all the attentions and delicacy. The talented chef Pierre Canova and his team cook splendors. This noon, the entrance of octopus salad and calamars to the pesto was a fresh and perfectly seasoned. The main dish, the filet de Saint Pierre, palourde juice, basmati rice and small vegetables, were pure wonders and dessert, Crumble pear, a delight. To crown this festive meal, Chef Pierre Canova had the kindness to come and greet us at our table and the Master of Hotel Lucille offered us the lemoncello! I shouldn't reveal this secret, but I park this restaurant this Team is excellent. They have the best Nissa la Bella Sole. Good tasting to the lucky lucky

A very nice experience for a very correct price. A menu with flat or dessert dish for 20€. The dish was very good, the salmon was perfectly cooked. The dessert was surprising, however it was very good (fee cream). The service was excellent. I had a very good time and I'll be back with great pleasure. Thank you and good continuation to the whole team

We went a noon to the restaurant of this hotel. The location is idyllic. We shared with friends a pleasant time from beginning to end. From the entrance to the dessert everything was very good! I also thank the chef who came to greet us at the end of the meal! The pictures speak of themselves
