At the turn of a small street in the center of the city of Nîmes is the sign of the Little Green Fishes, the only 100 vegan restaurant in Nîmes. A vegetable kitchen with gluten-free options and a majority of organic and local products. We took a dish of the day and a burger with two large mushrooms like bread. Simple but original kitchen. Careful, available and pleasant waitress. However high prices for very small plates that leave you on your hunger. Desserts and drinks quite expensive for quantity and simplicity. In a quiet little alley of historic Nîmes, this tea salon restaurant is really a nice discovery. Beautiful setting, home, simple and delicious cuisine. Even the dishes are beautiful, out of time! My headquarters when I arrive in Nimes!
