Wingstop - Norfolk

We have ordered twice from the norfolk location and both times the fries are not cooked all the way and soggy and with no seasoning.

I gotta give a shoutout to the person at Wingstop for hooking me up with a remake on my fries during my Togo order. They were totally cool about it, and the fresh, hot fries were on point. Thanks a million for making it right.

Previous , i was going to the wingstop on diamond springs in VB but my order is always not ready for an additional 30 minutes... but today i went to this location and it was ready before i got there and they were PACKED! they were moving quickly and as guests entered guy in back was calling out the already made orders. it is a pretty smaller dine in area but was clean and welcoming. would recommend this place! i ordered the 16.99$ 20 boneless wings buffalo ranch fries

This is the best WingStop in 757. Very polite, fast service and willing to fix mistakes. Best aroundN thur make you feel like a valued customer.

Concerned parent here...why is there no ac or ice at your Tidewater drive store in Norfolk? They haven't had ac in over a month and no ice for at least for a week. What is going on here!? It's too hot in that store!! VDHgov
