SO DELICIOUS! Juicy, mouth watering, crunchy, flavorful fried chicken. Free range and cruelty free. The waffles are euphoric. Awesome spot, right on South Congress. Yes, there is wait, because it is cooked fresh to order. While you are waiting, run across the street and grab a Belgium Bomber.

If you are going to eat here, be prepared for a wait. You more than likely want to call ahead or plan to not be in a hurry. We arrived (from 1hr out of town) with only one other group (of 5) ahead of us. Ms. P's prioritizes call in orders ahead of those waiting... resulting in more than 25min for us to get our order. Price: Overpriced. Our order: 2x 3-piece chicken tender, 1 farm frittes, 2 drinks. Total: $29. Service: Again, the wait was the biggest issue. I was most irritated when our fries were cold even though we waited so long for our order to come out fresh. Flavor: Decent flavor. Chicken breading was thin and greasy, and tasted mostly of standard seasoning salt. Fries were dressed with a seasoning that reminded me of a cheese, but did not stand out otherwise. Eating Area: seats approx. 36 people, but only one umbrella for relief from the hot Texas sun. It looks like it might work out in the evening, but we were miserable during our 25 min wait. Final thoughts... after having driven over an hour to try this place, it was just as good to go to your local Popeye's or favorite chicken place. Definitely not worth the trip.

Very slow service, decent food. Took almost 30 minutes to get my food and it was not very crowded.

Chicken and waffles and outdoor seating. Great for an evening of people watching.
