Pho Please In Aust - North Browning

The customer service was extremely disappointing. I understand that everyone has bad days, but that negative energy shouldn’t be brought into the workplace. My drink wasn’t made correctly the first time; it was missing the boba that I had paid extra for. When I politely asked for it to be remade, instead of making a fresh drink, the server poured the old one into another cup. This resulted in some particles floating in the drink, which seemed unclean, so I asked once again for it to be remade. The server then returned to the table with an attitude, placed the drink down rudely, and walked off without apologizing for the mistake or inconvenience. This is poor customer service, and the unfriendly vibe was there from the moment I placed the order. When I brought this issue to the manager, she apologized for the staff member's behavior and offered complimentary appetizers, but I declined because poor customer service etiquette shouldn’t be excused so easily. I won’t be returning. Unfortunately, I’ve found that in Austin, there seems to be a pattern of rude service, especially when it comes to people of color. It’s unacceptable to have staff damaging the reputation of a business like this.

Pho please does it right! quick counter service that was friendly and helpful. the food came out lightning fast as well. serving sizes were plentiful, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. we for sure will be back because the menu had a lot of other options that looked fantastic!

Great food for a good price. I always get their signature Pho Please. Never disappoints. We go about twice a month.

I came in last tuesday around 6pm with my husband and baby and we had such a great experience! the woman at the register was extremely sweet gave the best recommendations for our dinner! the food was very flavorful and delicious! will definitely be back!! thank you for a perfect date night for our family!

Trang the manager is so sweet! She made us feel very welcoming and we enjoyed the boba milk tea lychee green tea! It was so yummy. It was my first time here and would definitely come back!!
