Cibo Espresso - Norwood

Sadly Cibo has not kept up with other coffee venues, it's pretty uneventful, staff were 'grumpy', place was messy and coffee, so so. Next venue.

Friendly and efficient wait staff. Great lunch options available. Good choice of sweets as well - the toasted banana bread is always a winner! Coffee is consistently good also. High chairs available which is a plus with a toddler. Generally quite busy, but a decent amount of seating options.

I used to be a Cibo Norwood regular but have been disappointed in both the service and quality of the coffee lately-no longer enjoy my coffee there......no where near as good as it was unfortunately.Have come across a few less than friendly counter staff too.

We called in at Cibo with friends for coffees after an unsatisfactory dining experience at another establishment on Norwood Parade. Service at the counter was polite and efficient. Our coffees were served to us at our table only a short time after having ordered. The coffees were quite nice but could have been served a little hotter.The seating within this outlet was adequate although a little bit close to each other as the coffee shop is quite small. It was reasonably clean.We were a little surprised when it became obvious at 10.00pm that they were preparing to close, as it was a Saturday night. They are obviously set up to cater more more the daytime shopping and business customers.

I've been here a few times and it's OK but falls short of a buzzy local coffee shop and well short of other Cibo outlets (Melbourne St and Grenfell St for example). Staff aren't particularly friendly and it just feels a bit of mess.
