Dunkin' - Ocoee

This Dunkin recently received a remodel, but not redesigned the employees. The service here is terrible. Staff do not ask how you are or even talk to you. I work for customer service and I am as aware of how I treat a customer, maybe the management should take into account.

The coffee here is outstanding, and their donuts are absolutely divine. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Always a great place for a quick snack, although I don't go in for the donuts. I go in for the iced coffee. Awesome! Give it a try, you won't regret it.

I've been coming here for years, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. The food and drinks are consistently fresh and delicious.
