Contribuisci feedbackI was always a loyal customer and a very generous tipper. I asked for delivery and was promised 30 to 40 minutes service. after one and a half hours I got a call. I gave orders about ten times and could hear the supplier talking to someone else in the vehicle. I asked to speak with this person and the person hanged on me! only after I called the business, I was delivered my food. if the supplier had been honest about his location, I would not publish this review. I remained human and tipped about 10!% I'm pretty crazy. How about a southern hospital?
The food is amazing, but I couldn't understand the staff there.
Absolutely the worst experience! I called to place a delivery order, and after waiting an hour, I called back to check on its status. I was informed that they had no supplier available. When I asked if that meant our food would never be delivered, the staff member said she wasn't the supplier, which left me confused. I asked again if our order would be delivered, and she told me no—they had no driver available that night. At no point did she apologize for the situation. I spoke with two different employees, so it’s baffling that no one could fulfill our order. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
I was charged more on my credit card than what I initially entered. I would recommend avoiding this place.
