I really wanted to enjoy this place! I'm a local and passed this place many times, but never because of the entire Winn Dixie Vibe, but the first time I went was great and I and my husband thought we could get cold here weekly, but the second time was completely different. The girl worked there less than enthusiastic and not very transparent. Even worse I was super thirst after ordering a bottle of wine and they had no water that my husband had to go to Winn-Dixie to get water? for the first time in my life see a set of water and not even offer to in 5 minutes. After shisha and wine we went to pay and the price was twice as of the week before (-I don't want to pay but not the same price as a nice restaurant if they don't even have food or water and double in the previous week. The girl was rude and instead of apologising, defended what she ?bos? told her. As a Biz owner himself and re-owner in uae, this place has potential, but some things need to be drastically improved!

Hookah Lounge was amazing. Great service, good hookah and great find. Music was cool and owner was very willing to help my set of 11 yesterday and today. We had an explosion. The best lounge here, I'd say. Would recommend to everyone. You can also bring your own food. Beverages have been consistently priced.

Hannah gave me and friends an excellent Hookah experience for my birthday....We tried Blueberry and Minze Hookah taste. It was nice and pleasant, as we relaxed. Hannah even allowed us to sing karaoke to Whitney Houston, I want to dance with someone! We had so much fun thanks to Hannah! We thank you all very much. KUDOS Hannah! I welcome all Yelpers and locals to have an excellent Hookah experience!

Had a great experience here and the server was fantastic. She stayed on top of things, gave great suggestions for flavors, and replaced the coals without us having to ask. Very happy with her!
