Captain D's - Orlando

We have been to other Captain D's and loved them This location was terrible. They couldn't get our order right. We wanted two 2 piece spicy fish.The fish they gave us one spicy one original, had been sitting for a while. It was oily and soggy.We ordered green beans and they were just canned beans, no meat or flavor to them, except salt. Everything had lots of extra salt.Even the soda machine is messed up. The soda comes out warm and is immediately watered down by melting the ice.They should either close this location or get trained staff to run it.

The shrimp was very small and rubbery but everything else was good.

Horrible service and food.We went on a Sunday. They were out of tilapia (the main reason we went for my husband).They were out of the grilled shrimp skewer.The wait was long, and there weren't many customers. My husband and I waited and finally went up to the register for a refund.The white fish I ordered was overcooked and looked like it had been sitting around for a while. I wasn't taking a chance of eating that. The green beans had no seasoning and were lukewarm.The only thing I could eat was the corn. My husband's fried fish looked awful. He ate the chicken, mac and cheese, and we shared the fries. The fries were limp and cold.

Various seafood combinations are great. Add on to meals are efficiently priced.

Bad customer service. Was not greeted when entered the restaurant nor when ready to order. Heard one of the employees yelling at a customer. Once received food, food was not as the picture shown and the hush puppies were over cooked. No seasoning on the vegetables and have to pay for extra sauce that was not told at the time of ordering. On top of that, prices were more expensive than what was shown online to order. Do not recommend!!!
