Contribuisci feedbackThere was so much chili on the hotdogs I thought it was in a bowl of chili no the chili shes dog. It was soggy when I picked it up it went all over my white clothes checkers is good. I dont have a problem with him lighten up on the chili on the hotdogs thats all.
He waited almost 25 minutes. Only 2 employees were employed in all justice. Automated service on the drive thru and no contact with a person. I just have to go to the window to find out not handling order. So human processed order, but was not presented in its correct order. Then! Was directed to the other drive thru window to get food. We waited for almost 20 minutes. We were in the window 1.... all orders after us were fulfilled before us. So... we kept the pick-up line. The food was mediocre at best. The order was wrong when I didn't ask for cheese, but Yep, cheese was on it. Fries were hot, had asked for a big tho, but only paid for a medium. Don't plan back. It is a shame when they were busy and make a profit, while they were substandard service and foods that needed a little more attention.
Order them online on the app and it took them 40 minutes to make the food while forgetting the small parts of the order, although there was no one in the line. They took about 20 minutes to actually come to us, although they knew we were there, and had to confirm our order 3 times. eating was decent, but it wasn't worth waiting for 40 minutes while eating doesn't make it right.
At 12:20 a.m. came home at 1:20 a.m., they asked my order 3 times from 3 different peeps. It took a while (40ish mins) to get food. Online order said it would be ready at 12:30, got it at 1:10ish). Eating was good, some options (no pickles, mustard and ketchup, no bbq sauce) grounded, but meh.
We were waiting over 25 minutes after we paid for out food. We had to get someone attention inside that we were waiting. They were like oh yah and pulled our order off the counter where it has been SITTING. We watched them place frys in the bag but come on. Everything else would be cold. We demand a refund and had to argue just for that. Horrible service and horrible customer service. They need retraining.
