China Tea - Orlando

I arrived at the restaurant and it felt like everyone was behind bars. No one greeted us, even though they could see us. Eventually, a woman came out of the kitchen to take an order from another customer and informed me that I could only place my order by phone. She also mentioned that the wait time would be at least 35 minutes, which added to the 15 minutes I had already spent there. So, we decided to leave. The service was very disappointing. They should clearly state that it's takeout only, as dining in isn't allowed either.

I'm sorry to rate this place only three stars because I remember how amazing it was before the pandemic. It used to be the best Chinese food I've ever had—I went at least once a week. I was a regular who preferred dining in because the food just doesn't taste the same in a takeout box. I craved it fresh on my plate, straight from the kitchen. It was so good that there was often a wait for a table; the food was too excellent for the size of the restaurant, and they definitely needed a bigger space to meet the demand. Now, it seems they’ve grown complacent and don't offer dining in anymore. While everyone else is trying to get back to normal, they seem stuck in the past. It's really disappointing. Please bring back the dining option!

The Chinese food here is truly world-class. However, the owners seem to have little interest in customer service; they even greet you while wearing a plastic bag over their hand to handle your credit card, as if you're somehow contaminated. Despite this odd approach, their extra spicy Singapore Mei Fun is the best I’ve ever tasted. If you don’t mind being treated like an outsider and just want delicious Chinese food, this is the place to go.

I am here visiting from CT and hands down this is one of the best Chinese food ive ever had. The restaurant has signs that tell you to order on the phone only due to the pandemic and i didn't realize it and she still took my order in person. Food was ready within 10 mins and everything was delicious. The drive back to my resort was about 30 minutes and food was still warm and fresh. i ordered the crab Rangoons, egg rolls, boneless spare ribs, pork fried rice, white riceand sweat and sour chicken. The lady who took care of me was warm and friendly. Very pleased with my food. Will be coming back when i come back to visit.

Hands down the best Chinese food in Orlando. I have never been disappointed. Is there typically a wait YES! Why, because its good! You will feel rushed placings your order over the phone, so please know what your ordering before calling, they are just that busy. But if it wasn't good food, it wouldn't be busy. They lady in the restaurant can seem rude but she's not, she's just doing the best she can to keep up with order, ensure orders are correct and that the food is goodand she does a great job doing that. They will always get my business.
