We ended up leaving after seeing another table, which ordered 20 minutes after us, receive their food and finish eating before we got ours. The waiter claimed they had ordered "different dishes" that were easier to prepare, but that was simply not true. When we expressed our frustration, she didn’t even bother to check with the kitchen about our food. So, we decided to walk out.
The restaurant was charming, the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and the service was extremely friendly.
If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I definitely would! The pita was cold and rubbery, the lebneh lacked any flavor, and the schwarma was dry and barely seasoned. The hummus was also poorly flavored. The only decent dish was the falafel. I'm so glad we didn't order any main courses! On the bright side, the service was pleasant, and the staff wore masks as we requested. We informed the waiter that we couldn’t eat the lebneh, and while he took it off the table, it ended up on our bill anyway until we insisted that we wouldn’t be paying for it. We eventually paid the bill and left feeling hungry. I highly recommend avoiding this place!
The food is delicious, and the rice has a homemade flavor. The bread is freshly baked.
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly, and each time we visit, they greet us like family. It brings me so much joy. The food is 100% authentic and delicious!
