Terrible management! The lack of customer service is horrendous. The lack of staff is terrible for such a busy area. Specially the only kfc in the Disney

Attention Corporate Office this location has really went from bad to worst went threw the drive thru at this location and order was completely wrong food was old and not servable cashier got order wrong everything I asked for I was giving the opposite has to come back around to drive thru because order wasn't right then to get home to find out my food was old called manager all she wants to do is fixed my sides but for my inconvenience that's unacceptable two napkins put in my bag for two meals I mean chicken is greasy how was we supposed to manage that place needs a real evaluation!!

Avoid during meal times. Minimum staff waiting and delivery orders stacked up. They would rather push your order in parts than all at once because nothing is made at the same time. There are people who wait in line to order for an extremely long time.Parking: Small number of slotsDietary restrictions: Veggie option are most of the sides. Vegans, nothing on the menu

There were 15 minutes left before closing time and they did not want to take my order.

Best cooked chicken at most KFC in the Orlando area. Always moist and never overlooked or fried. Enjoy this particular branch
