Lotus Asia House - Orlando

Single worst dining experience ever. Only diners in the place, over 20 minutes to get a drink. Over an hour for food that was worse than a food court at the mall. 7 people cost over $500 with a mandatory preassigned tip included. Can't wait to see them go out of business.

Service was great...food was decent, and everyone very accommodating.

We stood around for 5 minutes after walking in the door. Were sat, and waited another 7-8 for our server to come over. got drinks in a reasonable amount of time. ordered food, which took about 40 minutes, except for the sashimi. my daughter ordered a roll with no chives, it came with chives. ordered a replacement, along with water, and received neither. Asked at the sushi bar, they never received the replacement order. saw a gentleman they identified as the owner for about 1 minute during our almost 2 hour ordeal. he never visited a single table. the place was mostly empty. valet parking is $12, and they do NOT validate. my prediction is they will be out of business soon. its a shame as its a very nice looking space, and most of the food was pretty good. the pad thai was not, though.

This place needs a loooooot of work! Ambience is nice but is dead there. They were out of 3 types of wine I ordered from the menu and one appetizer. I mean really?

Great service! The servers were always available and very helpful.
