Ox Grill - Orlando

I had customers at our dinner at ox grill and I was embarrassed that I brought them there. the service was slow, not attentive, and only poor overall. our food took forever and once it was delivered, one of the steaks we received was cold. the person complained, so the waiter took it back into the kitchen and then brought it out again. the same steak, provided it was microwave. the next night I took several customers to the charlie’s steak house and everything was wonderful. the cost of eating at ox grill were very expensive and surely we did not get our money. I usually never complain, but that was bad.

The personal was very confused and has not understood many things properly. our waiter was stressed and not waited. Harsh discussions between the employees are nothing they want to appeal as a customer.

The service was incredibly slow at the beginning, but it has improved. eating was good, but some of our steaks were cold. the restaurant was less than half full, so I don't understand the cold eating or the slow service.

Excellent personal service. our server remembered my name during our meal. eating was extraordinary, I would recommend this restaurant.
