I called three times in total. During the first two calls, I was put on hold for five minutes each while she took other people's orders. When I called back for the third time, she tried to put me on hold again. I had to let her know that this was my third call, and only then did she finally take my order.

I wouldn’t claim they serve the best Chinese food overall, but their fried rice is definitely the best I've ever had! That's the main reason I go there. You won’t find fried rice that compares. Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

The House Special was equally impressive, making it hard to choose a favorite. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who ensured my order was just right. The atmosphere of the establishment, even for takeout, felt warm and inviting, making me look forward to visiting in person. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a delicious dinner!

Kudos to the staff for delivering outstanding customer service! The food at Pearl's is fantastic—I ordered the egg drop soup and chicken fried rice, and they were both excellent. The atmosphere is tranquil, although currently, there is no dine-in option available. I highly recommend everyone to come and support this local business!

I've been going to this restaurant for 20 years, and they always offered free delivery to my neighborhood. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case—now I have to order through an app and pay an $8 delivery fee! It's disappointing, and after two decades, I think we'll be looking for a new place to eat.
