Tgi Fridays Universal Studios - Orlando

I visited last night and must say the service was outstanding! Our server, Amy, was fantastic and truly enhanced our experience. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We would definitely return if we're in the area again.

It was a great experience. the staff was friendly and helpful.

Services are sucked. we had to wait for everything we needed: serviettes, refilling, dessert, the check. It was so bad that we had to get up to find our waiter and get what we needed from him. we spent twice as much time there just to get what we needed and the place was not even packed. that was also moderate. alfredo soße tasted like milk. lobster was rubbery. eating was overpriced for low quality. never again.

Waiter was bad, we never got drunk again. escaped came cold out, he did not come back to check until after the rest of the party was done. the appetizer was also cold. would not suggest going here

Overcharged us for specials, drinks watered down, prices for quality of foods was too high.
