Touken Sushi Hunters Creek - Orlando

I should begin by saying that I have NEVER been a fan of sushi! It’s never been my thing. Whenever someone asked, “Do you eat sushi?” my answer was always a firm no. That was until I tried this restaurant! I had the hot Philly roll, and it was absolutely delicious! I really appreciate that they offer a variety of options, both cooked and raw, which allowed me to enjoy cooked sushi. I will definitely be recommending this place to my family and friends. Additionally, the service was great; we were seated right away, and our orders were taken promptly. You can bet I’ll be returning soon!

The hostess and waitress were both friendly and enthusiastic. While I waited for my takeout order, the hostess, Leticia, took the time to share the restaurant's history and explain its name and theme. The waitress offered me a glass of water during my wait, which made the experience pleasant. My order was ready in about ten minutes, complete with chopsticks and ample condiments. The spicy mayo had a strong egg yolk flavor, which isn’t my preference, but it highlights the quality of their ingredients. Although the rolls were of average size, the quality justified the price. I would have appreciated having a takeout menu to take home, but I understand that the restaurant focuses on dine-in service. I was informed that their full menu is available on Grubhub and DoorDash. As for kid-friendliness, I noticed a family arriving for dinner around 9:30 PM with two young children. While the menu leans towards more adult flavors, there are simple options like California rolls for the kids. There's also a dedicated kid’s section at the bottom of the menu, so you can check what’s available before you go. Parking was convenient, with 5 or 6 spots designated for 30-minute parking right in front of the restaurant for takeout customers, as well as plenty of additional spaces. Since it’s a shared retail space, there might be some competition for parking spots.

Leticia is the best server; she is always kind and fantastic. I come here frequently for the Brazilian sushi, and my girlfriend, who is American, loves it too. I would highly recommend this place—it's definitely amazing!

I had an excellent experience dining at this restaurant for the first time. We enjoyed miso soup, salmon fritters, a specialty roll, and temaki, and everything was delicious! I encountered a problem with my order, but our waitress, Leticia (Lele), addressed it with such professionalism and courtesy. She truly made the experience a perfect 10/10. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place!

Karen is the best person I've ever encountered here—she's sweet, professional, and lovely. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious, and the staff is fantastic! I absolutely love it. My servers were amazing and quick with my orders, even though I'm really picky. Gabriel, William, and Juliana were all incredibly attentive.
