Urbain 40 - Orlando

We are here and have compiled the experience completely. that was not a good visit. the server was out and really did not find out for this position. beverage orders came in different steps, appetizers never deleted from the table, overall slow service and our order was incorrect when delivered. the manager who came to our table was very dismissed and didn't seem interested. she went on the table and said we were just compposing her meal..sorry as I said, we loved this place in past and had impressive service and experience. later we found out that the restaurant has filed bankrupt and many of its experienced employees have remained. That's a lot.

Mediocre is the best way to describe this place. we were literally the only table in there. the server really has a lot, but it was amazing how long it took to get filled mushrooms. we had a starter and two entrées two glasses wein each tab was $200. I'm not against a high price for a special meal, but eating was bad. there are many restaurants nearby that place this place to the candy. Passport

For our NYE dinner, the pre fixe meal was above and beyond expectations. The value in the 4 courses was evident from the start when an amuse bouche brought to the table, and it only got better from there. The live music in the lounge set the tone for the evening, and despite sometimes being a little loud to combat the diners' conversations, it was lovely. Our server, Gabriel, was attentive, lively, prompt, and generous with this time and recommendations, for which we are very grateful. Making a New Year's Eve reservation was never easier.

We had New Year’s Eve dinner, nobody brought us water or bread until we asked for it. Waited for our food for 1.5 hour, then finally They brought my steak COLD! never again! Happy new year and good luck to Those who want to dine there!

New Year's Eve dinner. Horrible service. Never put the plate in front of correct person. Slow as molasses. Ran out of chicken dish before 8pm. Note, only 6 choices on menu. Thank God I didn't order chicken. Water glass always empty. For over $100 a person a very bad deal. Managers working harder than wait staff, I'll give them that. Once again our server didn't even know what she was serving.
