Sam Miranda King Valley - OXLEY

Had lunch today at the cellar door . Food was excellent as was the service, very impressed, great atmosphere. Would keenly go back Lunch was the tapas plate, with a bottle of the superking Great lunch

Stopping here has become a part of our annual snow trip. The wines are high quality and taste amazing. Our cellar door expert knew what we liked before we did, she was really helpful (and patient-it was hard to choose between so many good wines). We're glad we took up the recommendation to try the prosecco - we all bought a bottle. The winery itself is a lovely new building with nice views over the paddocks and cows. Highly recommend

We had a most enjoyable lunch today at Sam Miranda's, the food and wine were excellant and the service without fault.Our waitress Maretti and the very thoughtful little lady behind the counter were top class. Would highly recommend a visit to anyone coming to the king valley.We will be back again as usual next year.

Sam Miranda's cellar door is one you can't miss when traveling to the snow or touring the King Valley.The wines are exceptional and the food is alway delicious no matter the season. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and during winter the fire in the dining room is a huge bonus. We've spent many an afternoon here on our way to the snow in front of the fire with a bottle of wine and one of their great pastas.

North East local so try to patronize the local hospitality industry. Have been to Sam Miranda's restaurant on numerous occasions and although never brilliant it has always been very acceptable. Now for the good news - the food quality and portions have risen to the next level on our last visit. You will not be disappointed in any way although I almost fail to understand how they can sustain the large meal sizes, quality produce and very acceptable prices - obviously new kitchen staff so congratulations to all concerned. To round off, the wait staff was efficient, well presented and efficient so no downside there. Is now truly on my recommended list and other restaurants could do well to follow in their footsteps.
