Lalo's - Oxnard

The restaurant was fantastic! We ordered takeout, and the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend it. The Veracruzana dish was delicious. Food rating: 5/5.

It’s been three years since my father passed away, and we used to go to Lalo when he was alive. Every year, we celebrate his birthday there, and we’ll continue this tradition for as long as we can. The food is fantastic, and I have no complaints about the service. I don’t just go once a year for his birthday; I also visit during my lunch break, sometimes twice a week, because the food is that good!

I have been to Lalo's on the Avenue, the one on Thompson, and now the one in Oxnard. My experience has been wonderful! The food is fresh, delicious, and well-marinated, bursting with flavor. So far, every meal I've had at these locations has been fantastic.

Bro, you have to come right now. this place is delicious. I had the cocktail de camaron. calimar appetizer food and bark meat fajita (son)you stay slightly later than other restaurants in the environment open. the personal was really friendly. many parking spaces, many lights in the parking lot. for those late at night eating people like me. I don't really like Mexican restaurants, but this place is legit. probably one of my favorites in all california! I don't go to Mexican restaurants because they don't taste like home, but that's it! also! a little expensive but! the drinking are huge! really expensive!

Food is not bad, I gave 3 stars due to the price. I ordered a Medium shrimp cocktail and it was $24. They were about $17 not too long ago! I'm my humble opinion I think that's too much!
