The restaurant that was once Chicken Palace has rebranded as Kennedy Chicken, but sadly, the quality of the food has taken a noticeable downturn. The chicken now has a bland taste, reminiscent of the basic home-cooked chicken you'd find in your backyard. We ordered the 2-for-$5 chicken sandwich, which previously featured a tasty and flavorful chicken tender. Unfortunately, they've switched to using low-quality chicken patties that just don’t compare. For only $4.98, we could easily buy a pack of ten Tyson chicken patties that would taste much better. We've decided to stop going to this place, and it seems there may be new owners, as the staff has completely changed.
I ordered a 10-piece meal without wings, but when my family and I tried the chicken, it tasted spoiled, like it had been left out for too long. On another occasion, I ordered a 15-piece meal but only received 12 pieces, despite paying for 15. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this place. If I could give zero stars, I would, but unfortunately that’s not an option.
