Bob's Dogs - Paia

We look forward to the best hot dogs in the US on our annual trip to Maui. Thanks Uncle Bob!! You never disappoint.

We stumbled across this little hotdog stand in the overlook area above Ho'okipa Beach. The shave ice was good nothing fancy, but tasty and refreshing. My husband ordered a dog with no onions they're grilled fresh so it took a couple of minutes, but it was pretty good for a random hotdog stand!

Went out to watch the wind surfers at hookipa overlook and discovered Bob's Dogs. Very good hot dog I had the classic Chicago dog will definitely go back. He has soda and shaved ice, no chips. Bob was fun to talk with and the dog hit the spot.

Bob's Dogs is now closed. Unfortunately, they lost everything at the onset of the pandemic in 2020. There was even a GoFundMe campaign created to help rescue the food truck, but it ultimately fell through.

Bobs Dogs serves the best hot dogs you'll ever taste! Unfortunately, during my last visit to Maui, I couldn't locate his food truck. If anyone has any information about where to find it, please share here. Thank you!
