The waitress, Julie, is top notch, a jem along server's and an inspiration to us all. ?

Our server Victoria was so sweet and very attentive as well as helpful. ! I took my dad after a long day of drs and a surgical procedure in Tyler! So glad we waited to eat there on our way home to Lovelady! Everyone there was so nice, the food was great! It 's been a year at least since I 've been in the area to be able to eat there and every time the chicken fried steak has been the best I 've had! It 's huge, I should 've got the jr order instead! My dad said he usually doesn 't eat that much but he just couldn 't stop lol! When we were leaving he said that he needed a toothpick. We were near the bar and without thinking about it he reached into a small basket and got a plastic sword. He looked at it so funny. The manager, I 'm assuming, was so hilarious telling him it wasn 't actually a toothpick but that they use them to stab fruit ! She then said there were toothpicks at the front but he could use the sword if he wanted to. We all laughed! He kept the sword and got a toothpick! Everyone there seemed to love their job. I 'll bet the locals there in Palestine who frequently eat there are treated just like family as we were! Great experience all the way around!

Went in for a quick meal was seated at a gentleman named Paris table he is by far the best waiter I have ever encountered in my life this man not only waited on his tables but waited on other waitresses tables also because they were walking around aimlessly not doing nothing not tending to their customers not even bringing them their drinks this man took it upon himself to get their teas to see if they needed anything he cleaned their tables like I wish I had 2 of him at my business we would be the luckiest people on earth Cotton patch is very blessed to have this man working for them

I had a small issue with my dinner. Marion, the manager, solved my issue very graciously. I will return to this Cotton Patch because of her sweet, friendly, and professional manner.

Dinner last night was great, service is excellent and friendliest around.
