Elison Resto - Panglao

This restaurant is a lovely spot with lots of options for vegetarians and vegans. The staff is friendly and the food is delicious!

The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is decent, but the restaurant's claim to being vegetarian is a bit of a stretch. The menu has limited options and it seems like there are more meat dishes than vegetarian ones. I tried the chop suey and suspect that the vegetables were frozen and pre-packaged (unless all restaurants in the Philippines have the same perfectly cut veggies). The dish was mediocre at best. There is a much better vegan and vegetarian restaurant just a hundred meters down the road at Sweetness of the Earth, which offers better quality at a more reasonable price.

This small restaurant offers excellent vegetarian dishes at an affordable price.
