Isis Bungalows And Thai - Panglao

We ordered two Thai dishes and one filipino dish Bistek. The Thai dishes were not spicy and lacked the flavour of authentic Thai dishes. Would not go back for there for Thai food but the seafood looked fresh and was barbequed. Worst thing was the bill which had a service charge added on; l do not mind but it was not written anywhere on the menu!

Only had some food. Prawns were overcooked. 1000 php for a small squid, 2 prawns and a mango shake. No sauces or salad. Would not recommend.

The service was excellent, the rooms were spacious and well-furnished, and the amenities were modern and up to date. The crab fried rice doesn’t come with any crab. It comes with a bit of imitation crab. It doesn’t have much flavor but the hot sauce you can add helps a lot. The grilled chicken was good. The hosts are nice and there’s place of seating.

First, their staff is unprofessional, they don't even greet their guest when they arrive at the place, then their food is very expensive compared to other resto nearby, their rooms are okay, wifi is very slow, no other amenities except for the beach, I dont recommend this place, by far. Choose other hotels nearby in Alona Beach Resort, there are many to choose from anyway
