Starbucks - Paramount

This used to be my favorite and go to store until April of this year. The store gave me an expired lunch item. I kept calling the number from the receipt (same as the one listed on Google for the business) and it kept ringing and then it would cut off. I had to drive back to the store to make them aware of the expired food. When told the managers, there they were so casual about it and argued it 's not the expiration date, it 's the date we give food to charity . This made me question a lot of storage and check practices this store has. When they proceeded to offer me a replacement, I too ironically was expired. It is very sad I had the above experience as this used to be one of few stores that had consistency in how they made your drinks. even to date when I seldom visit the store, they make my drink perfect every time.

This Starbucks is Stellar!! Jasmine and Brion showed me outstanding customer service with smiles and an extra drink. HAPPY 4TH YOU GEMS!

I come here 3 times a week and I order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanille Latte with only 3 ice cubes and never had an issue. Today I was given my drink about 80 full and told them if someone had drank the rest as it wasn?t full and the Attendant said it was like that because I didn?t put enough ice? That?s the point, I asked for the drink like that because they over full it with ICE and not enough drink. I never had an issue since I?ve been coming to this Star Bucks for years until now. Smh

Came in to get some work done. Looks smells clean. Plenty of outlets against the wall by the couches, bar top/ high chairs, in the middle table underneath. As well as 2 functional restrooms. Nice ambiance lighting! Customer service was great too!

I 'm sure the drinks here were cheaper than in WA State come on WA, seriously? I love the fact that they put a whole bunch of (freeze dried) strawberries in my Pink drink, at least double than what I usually get where I live, which is appreciated! 4.5 ? 's
